Arlington, VA, January 17, 2003 - GolfGopher, a division of Software Performance Systems, Inc. (SPS), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of SecaSoft. GolfGopher is recognized as an established innovator in delivering Web-based technologies providing real-time golf course management solutions to single and multi-course owners, hoteliers and travel packagers. GolfGopher, jointly developed with PGA Professionals, is an industry leader in point-of-sale and inventory solutions for the golfing industry. SecaSoft is a premier designer and developer of Wireless Applications and Handheld Technology within the Restaurant and Food & Beverage Industries.
