Falls Church, VA, February 9, 2005 - Software Performance Systems, Inc.’s commercial division, SPS Golf Management Solutions (SPS GMS) announced today that it has been chosen by The City of San Antonio, Texas to provide their Web-based golf reservation and point-of-sale (POS) systems for seven public golf courses and one public tennis court in the City. San Antonio will join over 200 golf course clients who currently use SPS GMS products.

The City of San Antonio will be providing its citizens the convenience of being able to book reservations for golf and tennis on-line, from anywhere, at anytime. By utilizing the SPS GMS cash-drawer POS functionality, the City will save a great deal of time by providing the capability of scanning manufacturer and supplier UPC codes and maintaining pricing, membership and inventory data. The SPS GMS system will enable the City to track revenue from their pro-shop separately from greens fees and print daily sales and other financial reports.
