GOLFGOPHER TO PROVIDE WEB-BASED GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
FOR NORTHERN VIRGINIA REGIONAL PARK AUTHORITY COURSES

Arlington, VA, February 21, 2002 - GolfGopher, LLC, an affiliate of Software Performance Systems, Inc., announced today that The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority (NVRPA) has selected GolfGopher to provide Point-of-Sale and Inventory control systems for its three courses. The contract calls for GolfGopher to deliver online management solutions to NVRPA's Headquarters in Fairfax Station, Virginia, as well as Pohick Bay GC, Algonkian GC and Brambleton GC. GolfGopher delivers real-time reporting and cash management features, thus providing multi-course management groups, such as NVRPA, enhanced capabilities for supporting their operations.

Jointly developed with PGA professionals and designed specifically to handle golf course operations, GolfGopher is providing user-friendly technology to the golf course management community. The system enables golf course personnel to communicate more accurately and effectively with their customers, while seamlessly automating their pro shop operations, from tee time bookings to POS and inventory control. GolfGopher's ASP architecture is designed to provide golf course personnel and groups running golf courses across multiple locations with greater access to real-time data and business operations.

With its high volume courses across the Northern Virginia area, NVRPA stands to benefit greatly from GolfGopher's integrated Credit Card solution.
