TO PROVIDE MULTI-COURSE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

Arlington, VA, June 26, 2002 - Gotham Golf Partners has signed an agreement with GolfGopher to provide automated golf course management solutions for its twenty-five courses. GolfGopher will deliver its fully integrated, Web-based system including point-of-sale, inventory, reservations, club accounts, membership, e-commerce, and E-mail marketing to all of the Gotham courses.
