SIGNS TWO MORE COURSES

Falls Church, VA, November 1, 2004 – SPS Golf Management Solutions (SPS GMS) announced today that it has signed two new golf courses! Locust Hill Golf Course, in Charles Town, West Virginia signed a contract for our Golf Reservation and Point-of-Sale system - which will be installed mid-November 2004. This contract originated from an existing customer, Cress Creek Country Club, who has been using our golf product since October 2002.

Tim McKee, PGA Head Professional at Cress Creek selected SPS GMS to use at Locust Hill, a golf course they recently purchased. Tying their current private club into the new public course will allow members to make Club Account purchases at both courses and consolidate into one invoice. Hilltop Golf Club, a challenging nine-hole course located at 7900 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, Virginia, signed a contract for our Teetimes.com^® reservation system and will go live with Internet bookings on November 1, 2004.
