 Jimmy Clay was opened in 1974 as a relatively flat site surrounded by Williamson Creek. Designed by noted golf course Architect Joe Finger the course plays 6918 yards through treed areas as well as open spaces. The course is characterized by it's relatively large elevated greens and forgiving tee shots. In 2007 the popular golf course under major renovations. This included: three holes being redesigned all of the greens being replanted and all of the bunkers being rebuilt.
